We currently collect only:

  • Email address — when you request a Modeler snapshot, sign up for an account, or contact us.

With your consent, we may also use optional analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy). We do not collect:

  • payment information
  • personal identifiers beyond what you provide

2. How we use your data

We use your email address for:

  • Sending product updates and requested snapshots
  • Account and support communication
  • Notifying you about relevant features

We do not share or sell your data.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)

Your data is processed under:

  • Consent — you provide your email voluntarily and may withdraw at any time.

4. Where data is stored

Your email is stored securely in:

  • Supabase (EU Region) — data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Retention

Your email is retained until:

  • You unsubscribe, or
  • You request deletion.

6. Your rights (under GDPR)

You may request at any time:

  • Access
  • Correction
  • Deletion
  • Withdrawal of consent

7. Data deletion

To delete your data, email info@clove.solutions with the subject "Delete my data".

We will remove all associated data from our systems within 72 hours.
